5 years of CRM and /Or Project management selling experience.
• Ability to convey message in good written English, writing and being able to edit
information accurately.
• Excellent communication in English both written and verbal
• Basic understanding and practice in MS Excel required
• Attention to detail.
• Should have knowledge of MS-Office; specially word and excel.
• Good communication and presentation skill with good IQ
• Prospect via call, email and social strategies.
• Drive sales growth and create a pipeline for Account Executives.
• Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers.
• Understanding clients’ needs to create a value proposition selling.
• Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value.
• Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion
opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
• SaaS experience a MUST.
• Understanding of Helpdesk/CRM A MUST.
• Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building the
relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solution and connect that
knowledge directly to customer ROI.
