Reporting to ASM HR.
Complete recruitment handling from manpower planning sourcing/searching of candidates from Job Portal and HR consultants after approvals for HOD’s by shortlisting through telephonic interviews.
Assisting in orientation, administering the smooth entry of new joiner within the system and maintaining training details of employees including exit formalities.
Maintaining of employees Job description/job specification, KPI by coordinating with HOD’s and HR HOD.
Supporting Attendance for payroll processing monthly and keeping records of leaves, OT and maintain registers as required per law.
Maintain proper updated documentation and filing system for personnel Filing of all employees of the company.
Facilitating / Assisting Auditors for monthly / special Audits as per requirement.
Supporting employee welfare schemes like GPA/GTL/Group medical insurance data maintenance.
Contract management of HR recruitment consultants, vendors.
Supporting other HR generalist activities as and when required.
