Job Description

  • Day-to-Day IT support for users and solve issues like System format, Software Installation, OS Upgrade, Hardware Troubleshooting 
  • Provide technical support for both Hardware and Software issues on Desktop & Laptop.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook Configuration, Troubleshooting, Backup & Restore
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
  • Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network Printers.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Domain Server.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP & LAN Setup
  • Knowledge of CCTV Camera Installation & Troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience on ticketing tools of IT
  • Should be Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a relevant degre
  • Should have 1 to 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer in IT
  • Certification in Hardware & Networking.
    Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
