Job Description

Day-to-Day IT support for users and solve issues like System format, Software Installation,
OS Upgrade, Hardware Troubleshooting
Provide technical support for both Hardware and Software issues on Desktop & Laptop.
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
Knowledge of MS Outlook Configuration, Troubleshooting, Backup & Restore
Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network Printers.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Knowledge of Active Directory and Domain Server.
Knowledge of TCP/IP & LAN Setup
Knowledge of CCTV Camera Installation & Troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience on ticketing tools of IT
Should have 1 to 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer in IT
Certification in Hardware & Networking.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
