Qualification : BE (Mechanical) or BE (Production Engineering) from the reputed institutions / university. Additional qualification in Marketing Management is preferred but not a must.
Experience : Should have experience in selling machine to Steel Mills and Heavy Engineering Industries. Should have rapport with Tata Steel Jamshedpur and Kalingnagar Projects. Should be conversant with the people involved in the project including the higher ups.
Should be fluent in communication and have flair for customer rapport.
Should be conversant with corporate procedure, commercial procedure / norms.
Job Profile : Handling Heavy Machine as above and develop rapport with the customer.
Keep close liaison with the HO & manufacturers for continued relations.
Plan for the future in development and prepare for obselence.
Travel on all India basis atleast 80% of the time to visit EMT customers.
Should have aptitude for high value enquiries generation and conversion.
The job also includes incentive based to the performance v/s target
