Implement company’sstrategy
Responsible forthe development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market
Achieve salestarget of the team: Volume, product, & group-wise
Providestimely feedback to linemanager regarding performance
Maintenance of productinventory with the channel partners
Receivable&Statutory document collection from C&F’s and others within stipulated time
Maintenance of healthy, clean businessrelationship with channel partners
Competitorinformation to be gathered and passed to HO
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team Goals/KRA to be assigned:
Customerlist&Distributorlist updates and maintenance
Customer coverage and frequency
Implementation of Sales and Marketing Campaigns
Primary &Secondary target achievement: as per above
