Procure parts and materials at negotiated rate
· Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to our warehouse.
· Create and monitor the performance of the purchasing strategy
· Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
· Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms along side build a good network
· Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
· Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
· Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
· Assess, manage and mitigate risks
· Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
· Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
· Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand Requirements
· Proven working experience as Purchase executive and coordinating with the SCM team.
· Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
· Maintain updated records of purchase product and delivery information and invoices.
· Working experience of vendor management
• Graduate in any stream
• Basic computer proficiency along with word, PPT and excel.
