Job Description

  • Track real estate sector trends, regulatory developments and market information on Private Equity / Venture Capital / fundraising transactions
  • Keep a track of government policies, socio economic conditions and proposed infrastructure having a direct/ indirect bearing on the real estate sector.
  • Keeping abreast of the real estate market in city through primary and secondary research.
  • Evaluate the competitive projects in the catchment area
  • Monitor and analyze specified commercial and residential real estate market conditions using the area’s internal and external real estate, financial, and economic data, as well as research.
  • Collection of data related to sale price, rentals, occupancy rates, supply, related to feasibility study and product pricing.
  • Work on presentation, interpret data and make appropriate recommendations with quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
  • To prepare quarterly / periodical reports that discusses the trends of respective markets as they unfold every quarter in terms of sales, inventory, price and other indicators describing the residential and commercial market dynamics
  • Undertake need-based reports / data analysis required for internal purposes
  • Use Excel functions to organize and analyze data
  • Create charts, graphs, and presentations for leadership teams
