Job Description

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining harmonious relationships with clients ensuring a smooth and continuous flow of transactions.
  • Be an expert on issues of service levels, prices, competitors, carriers etc within the NVOCC industry.
  • Qualify, target and secure new clients in line.
  • Maintain and progress an active Sales Pipeline of prospect clients.
  • Responsible for handling clients/agents’ inquiries and servicing customer’s needs.
  • Contributes to the major goals of the Company in uplifting sales/revenues.
  • Responsible for Inventory control.
  • Responsible for Daily sales report to the reporting head
  • Responsible for movement of boxes from all location without incurring the storage & idling cost
