· Calibrate and maintain allocated machines as per set specifications/Standards.
· Installation & setup of new Hardware and Software
· Available/Flexible to work in Shifts or as per Scheduled assignments
· Diagnose Errors or technical Issues and determine proper solutions.
· Produce timely and Detailed Service report.
· Coordinate with Seniors/Technical Expert to resolve critical Issues.
· Share important information/Technical Updates with Team members.
· Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
· Build positive relationships with customers.
· Take Initiative to Learn/Sharpen skills related to Existing/New products.
· Follow Company's procedures and protocols/SOP's while providing Support.
