Job Description

  •      Presenting report according to management request.
  •      Surprise audit, physical audit, material, production and diamond audit.
  •      To check the productivity of the company.
  •      Reporting losses, summarize, production reports.
  •      Different reports as per the requirement.
  •      Physical audit at the end of month system and physical of production and diamond department
  •      Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
  •      Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
  •      Confident personality
  •      Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach
  •      Ability to prioritize own work load and work to tight time scales & deadlines
  •      Ability to work with and engage staff at all levels within the organization
  •      Able to remain positive and constructive under pressure
  •      Ability to use own initiative and make decisions within sphere of work and knowledge
  •      Flexible approach to working hours and practice
  • Experience and ability to use basic MS Office word, excel and power-point, outlook, etc.
