Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the travel industry, with a focus on the MICE segment.
Strong understanding of MICE industry dynamics, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
