Job Description

  • Posting all Purchase, Sales, Import, AP, AR, and journals in Tally ERP & MS Excel.
  • Preparing of E-Invoice and Generating E-waybill by using Tally.
  • Sending offer price and proforma invoice to customers.
  • Sending product approval request for Sales to the management for their approval.
  • Sending Order Confirmation for sales to the Customers for their acceptance.
  • Placing Sales order and follow up the same for delivery of the material to the required locations.
  • Preparing of Cargo Inspection Report (CIR) and sending to Logistics team.
  • Handling Statutory Compliances
  • Transformation of information to outlook express.
  • Preparation of Credit note and debit notes.
  • Arranging for Stock Transfers Branch to Branch & Other Dispatches. 
  • Sales and Stock data preparing Daily, Weekly, and monthly basis and reporting to management.
  • Customer wise monthly sales report sending to management.
  • Sending ISO Data to management.
  • Sending Expenses report in excel sheet and same vouchers, Tax invoices dispatching through courier twice in month.
  • GST data preparation and sending to HO for e-filing returns.
  • Preparing cash payment vouchers/ bank vouchers day to day.
  • Communicating with GST & sales Tax peoples whenever necessary.
  • Coordination with transporter and customer for smooth dispatch of material.
  • Handling branch administration activities overall.
  • Sending daily attendance to HO through mail and maintaining register.
  • Sending monthly attendance for salary purpose.
  • Handling operation in absence of Branch Manager
  • Maintaining Visitor Register.
  • Maintaining inventory data.
