Job Description

Vendor development for machines
Sending enquiries to different vendors and collection of Quotations.
Technically verify the vendor offer.
Preparation of Quotes on the basis of Offers received.
Preparation of price list for all machinery.
Negotiating with vendors for final rates, prepare comparisons and co-ordinating to release Purchase Orders.
Managing backend working for all departments in excel sheets/ word documents/ pdfs whichever applicable for the respective department.
Preparing travel docket comprising of quotes sent, communications with client, catalogues, and any other documents as and when advice.
Co-ordination with other departments such as purchase/Planning/Marketing whenever required.
Submission of various reports to Directors on daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly Basis.
Maintain different monitors such as enquiry monitor, quotation monitor, booking statement.
