Job Description

  • To sell MTPL products & services through B2B and B2C channels. 
  •  To train Technicians and Plumbers teams on the MTPL product range.  
  • To arrange Displays and Samples at Franchisee Showrooms.  
  • To do B2B business development with Franchisees by promoting MTPL products to his network of Architects, Builders, Developers, Consultants, Contractors, Plumbers, etc.  
  • To plan sales as per the PSO system and achieve 80% of it.  
  • To achieve sales growth.  
  • To collect money within 60 days credit terms (as per MTPL norms).  
  • To recall/recover unsold stocks in 90 days (as per MTPL norms).  
  • To regularly conduct Plumber training.  
  • To resolve Franchisee’s Business issues.  
  • To do direct sales to own clients and projects.
