Conducting Exit Interviews for the understanding of the various reason behind employee attrition.
Facilitating the entire Full & Final settlement procedure
Bridging the gap between employee - Management & retaining the potential workforce
Performance Management :
Conducting Performance Appraisal cycle based on competencies on a yearly basis.
Setting a budget for increments and normalizing the increment process in accordance with the budget set for the increments.

Facilitating mediclaim settlements, addition and deletion of old and new employees, and calculation of premiums.
