Branch Revenue Management: Take ownership of branch revenue targets, develop strategies to maximize revenue, and implement action plans to achieve financial goals.
Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, including market expansion, client acquisition, and product/service enhancement.
Sales Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures to meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Visits and Relationship Management: Conduct regular visits to clients, build strong relationships, address their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Compliance and Audit Oversight: Ensure adherence to audit, KYC, and compliance standards. Regularly review documentation and processes to prevent any compliance issues, implementing necessary corrective actions.
Excellent Communication
Previous experience in foreign exchange, banking, or financial services, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Excellent understanding of foreign exchange markets, regulations, and risk management practices.
