Job Description

B.Sc. (Paint), Diploma in Paint Technology, NACE level is an added qualification

Should have strong technical knowledge about chemical, coatings and paints.

Experience in working with projects related to hazardous and non haz coating of  intermodal tanks, road tankers, infrastructure projects for coating, construction industry, factories. 

Technical knowledge of Corrosion techniques, SOPs 

Should be capable of supervisory roles too when required on certain projects

Communicate effectively with technical staff and senior management on the status of priority accounts and ongoing projects.

Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ operations and determine technical needs.

Ensure the timely and successful delivering of our solutions to the customer.

Document and track the progress of all accounts, opportunities and discuss with reporting officer

Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plan.

Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

Technical know how of the chemical, coating and paint industry

Proficiency in English

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
