• B.Sc. (Paint), Diploma in Paint Technology, NACE level is an added qualification
• Should have strong technical knowledge about chemical, coatings and paints.
• Experience in working with projects related to hazardous and non haz coating of intermodal tanks, road tankers, infrastructure projects for coating, construction industry, factories.
• Technical knowledge of Corrosion techniques, SOPs
• Should be capable of supervisory roles too when required on certain projects
• Communicate effectively with technical staff and senior management on the status of priority accounts and ongoing projects.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ operations and determine technical needs.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivering of our solutions to the customer.
• Document and track the progress of all accounts, opportunities and discuss with reporting officer
• Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plan.
• Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Technical know how of the chemical, coating and paint industry
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales

• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
