Works with Management and managers to determine Recruitment needs and select appropriate recruitment methods and complete hiring.
Complete Documentation online & offline
Ensuring new employees registration for ESIC & PF if applicable
Handling Employees life cycle for corporate, plant & warehouse hiring to FNF Settlement.
Onboarding & Induction coordination for the schedule, software registration, IT Accessories arrangements, etc.
Offer generation and CTC Negotiation
Payroll & Compliance:
Handling end to end payroll
Exit formalities as per policies.
Monthly attendance reports as per attendance software, calculating leaves balance of employees
Statutory compliance working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, MLWF.
PMS & Employee Engagement:
Implement Performance Review procedures (Quarterly/ Annual and 360 evaluations)
Employee Engagement activities
Qualification :
Any Graduate with MBA in Human Resource/ Diploma in Labour Law
Western line candidates would be preferable
