⇨ Plan, monitor and supervise all stages of the recruitment cycle (from job description formulation to recruitment & induction) to ensure timely acquisition of best talent for key positions.
⇨ Prepare / update job analysis, position / job descriptions and job specifications of all important existing / new positions to evolve the role directory of all key positions.
Performance Management
⇨ Implement performance management system; establish objective based appraisals, set goals and achieve ‘SMART’ objectives.
⇨ Develop & implement KRAs in association with Divisional / Unit Heads.
⇨ Implement training and development programs.
Employee Relations
⇨ Negotiating and amicably settling the dispute with the trade union/workmen representatives at bipartite and ensuring effective implementation of collective bargaining agreements with a view to maintain harmonious working environment.
⇨ Ensuring prompt resolution of employee/workmen grievances to maintain cordial between the management and employees.
⇨ Handling disciplinary action and domestic enquiry against misconduct as per standing order.
Statutory Compliance
⇨ Ensure proper fulfilment of all statutory compliance as per schedule and liaison with Government officials and Local authorities including .
⇨ Attend Labour and Industrial cases and represent organization as MR in ‘Domestic Enquiries’.
⇨ Ensure compliance of all the legal provisions by all the contractors. Contract Agreements after negotiating with Contractors.
Safety
⇨ Making safety and health a core organizational value
⇨ Providing sufficient resources to implement and maintain the safety and health program
Employee Engagement & Welfare
⇨ Formulate employee engagement drivers aligned with HR / Manpower strategy; design employee engagement activities accordingly to enable the timely achievement of HR targets.
⇨ Follow up with Insurance Company and TPA for settlement of critical employee medi-claim cases.
