- Exposure and understanding of various industries, especially Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech, Chemicals, Foods, FMCG, & Allied industries.
- A good communicator with good presentation skills, good computer knowledge (mainly PPT & Excel).
- Conducting Meetings individually / with subordinates, Delivering presentations and initiating project discussions with prospective clients.
- Generation of new project inquiries through regular follow-up with clients & self MIS (Market Information System).
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts.
- Facilitating smooth order execution & handling entire business cycle from enquiry generation to closure of sale.
- Reviewing & interpreting competition strategies, monitoring market behavior and generating MIS reports for the top management to fine-tune strategies.
- Maintaining cordial relations with the accounts to sustain profitability of business and increased referrals.
- Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding our services.
