Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

Research and analyze market trends to develop strategies for reaching potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to attract new clients.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our e-commerce platform.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients.

Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure their satisfaction and maximize retention.

Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
