•We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Business Development to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective inside sales, client servicing, proposal making, and participation in the bidding process. • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase sales through various channels. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets. • Maintain and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure ongoing business growth. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. • Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to discuss products and services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and align with company goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development. • Review and edit proposals for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism. • Participate in the bidding process, including preparing bids and responding to RFPs. • Analyze competitor bids and market trends to formulate competitive pricing strategies. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements throughout the bidding process. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus. • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in a similar industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Fluency in [specific languages, if required]. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
