Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Business Development to join our team at IPS Mehtalia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective inside sales, client servicing, proposal making, and participation in the bidding process.

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase sales through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure ongoing business growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to discuss products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development.
  • Review and edit proposals for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Participate in the bidding process, including preparing bids and responding to RFPs.
  • Analyze competitor bids and market trends to formulate competitive pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements throughout the bidding process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in [specific languages, if required].
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
