The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth objectives through consistent outreach and engagement. The role requires strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, and the ability to confidently interact with potential clients through cold calling and follow-ups. Candidates with a minimum of six months of experience in a BPO or KPO environment are preferred; however, freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also encouraged to apply. The position involves managing and updating a client database, identifying potential prospects, and nurturing leads to convert them into valuable business opportunities.
