Job Description

  • Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on shipments.
  • Order Processing: Receive and process orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Shipment Coordination: Coordinate and schedule shipments, working closely with carriers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and customs documentation.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve shipment delays, damaged goods, or other issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor shipment progress, track deliveries, and provide regular updates to clients. Generate reports as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve service quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the customer service department.
