Identify and develop new overseas customers.
Handle international inquiries, quotations, pricing, and negotiation.
Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers.
Conduct market research for new countries and product opportunities.
Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, BL/AWB, LC documents, shipping instructions, etc.
Ensure all documents meet buyer, bank, and customs requirements.
Manage LC documentation, bank submissions, and discrepancy-free document preparation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters.
Handle container booking, shipment planning, stuffing, and dispatch.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to buyers.
Ensure compliance with RBI/FEMA regulations (EDF, e-BRC, foreign remittance follow-up).
Manage customs procedures including HS codes, duty structures, and clearance formalities.
Handle DGFT-related online work (IEC management, license applications).
Apply and track export incentives such as RoDTEP, RoSCTL, Duty Drawback, MEIS*, Advance Authorization, etc.
Maintain records and follow up on approvals/credit realization.
Track payments, realizations, negotiate with banks for documentation.
Maintain MIS reports related to exports, shipments, and incentive claims.
Prepare monthly export data for management.
