- Prepare and manage all export-related documentation, including shipping invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and hazardous materials regulations for chemical exports.
2. **Logistics Coordination:**
- Coordinate and optimize the transportation of chemical products from manufacturing facilities to various international destinations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of goods.
3. **Customs Clearance:**
- Work closely with customs brokers to facilitate the smooth clearance of shipments through customs, resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
4. **Shipping Coordination:**
- Arrange and monitor shipping schedules, ensuring that shipments are dispatched and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with shipping agencies to secure appropriate vessels and transportation modes for chemical exports.
5. **Inventory Management:**
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels for timely order fulfillment.
6. **Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, providing them with timely updates on shipment status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
7. **Risk Management:**
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the export logistics process, including transportation delays, customs issues, and regulatory compliance challenges.
8. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Analyze and optimize export logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in export logistics, preferably in a company dealing with chemicals.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and hazardous materials shipping requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
