- Generating profitable new business by managing leads development to sales tours to negotiation to closing of deals with prospective and existing clients for all product lines
- Networking with local market brokerage firms/agents
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to bring in new business leads and maximizing opportunities of current business to enhance revenue stream
- Managing Brokers' & Clients' inquiries
- Maintaining personal network with business partners, land owners, builders' organizations and high net worth customers
- Make proposal submission
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide timely and accurate sales information & feedback to the Manager
- Admin related day to day work
