Increase company’s sales volumes and achieve the desired yearly sales and profitability targets by promoting all our principals imported equipment’s.
Encourage the team members to penetrate and maintain existing customer’s accounts and also develop new, major and key accounts for the company.
Should be technically equipped to conduct technical presentation, discussion, negotiation and be competitive of handling all our product sales with all our key account customers.
Understand and collect the customer’s needs and their application requirements along with market and competitor information.
Prepare sales analysis and submit Daily/Weekly Plan and Monthly Review Report for his team as and when needed by the management.
Capability to project the sales strategy, targets, forecast, planning and directing the team members for day to day work.
Qualify and develop the prospects leads to order conversions to support our business BE in Mechanical, ECE, EEE, EIE (preferably Engineers)
12 years and above of Sales experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Process equipment
