Oversee and coordinate all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and address operational challenges proactively.
Maintain high service standards, ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines, SOPs, and quality expectations.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance of facilities.
Prepare and manage the hotelβs annual budget, forecasts, and strategic business plans.
Analyze financial performance metrics such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and NOI.
Ensure cost controls and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability.
Work closely with the finance team to manage cash flow, purchasing, and expense control.
Ensure delivery of outstanding guest service and resolve escalated guest concerns promptly.
Monitor guest feedback through surveys, online reviews, and direct interactions.
Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction scores and online reputation.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive occupancy and maximize revenue.
Participate in local community engagement, business networking, and promotional events.
Support development and execution of sales strategies, packages, and promotions.
Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff; maintain a positive and performance-driven culture.
Conduct performance evaluations, coach team members, and manage disciplinary actions when needed.
Ensure adequate staffing and workforce planning for all operational needs.
Lead regular team briefings and departmental meetings.
Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing requirements, labor regulations, health & safety standards, and brand policies.
Implement emergency procedures, safety audits, and preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure adherence to hygiene standards and food safety compliance.
