• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe, Illustrator, InDesign Etc.
• Highly creative and good visual skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail. 
• Testing & resizing Graphics for various media like desktop, Mobile & Tab 
• Creating graphics & visuals for Office Branding Designing annual collaterals like calendars
• Create visually compelling print and digital media designs, including brochures, banners, social media, etc.
• Develop innovative concepts, layouts, and artwork that align with project objectives and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements, goals, and timelines.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.Amend design after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onboard.
• Animation video and video editing
• Visualization & designing of Marketing materials like brochures, PDFs, Weekly bytes, Envelope, Letterheads 
• Taking care of newly joined candidates’ VC, ID, Email Signature 
• Designing client anniversary GIFs for clients  Sending campaign Emailers of Webinar Emailers 

• Webinar collaterals Making – Personalized invitation cards, Virtual BG, speaker photo, Zoom banners, Content Description, Webinar video 
• Video Editing of rough footage 
• Blog Creation & Maintenance 
• Print Production, coordinating with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality 
• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect company specifications
• Changing/updating dynamic information on the website (like employee details, company address information, Home page
• Banners, and Job Posting) using admin consoles Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
