Job Description

Recruitment & Selection :

Forecasting the financial year's future requirement based on various HR interventions. 

Manpower Planning, HR Budgeting :

Recruitment for junior, middle and senior level through various recruitment channels. 

Raising Manpower Requisition Form for detailing the criticality of the profiles - Conducting Interviews and further onboarding formalities. 

Executing candidate references and employment verifications 

Induction and onboarding 

Designing and delivering the induction program for new recruits. 

Handling Induction of new joiners and designing & driving initiatives to ensure a smooth transition thereon. 

Preparation of HR Policies :

Formulation and implementation of Policies.

Drafting a Policy Document of procedures of the company related to employment details.

Exit Formalities :

Conducting Exit Interviews for the understanding of the various reason behind employee attrition.

Facilitating the entire Full & Final settlement procedure

Bridging the gap between employee - Management & retaining the potential workforce

Performance Management :

Conducting Performance Appraisal cycle based on competencies on a yearly basis.

Setting a budget for increments and normalizing the increment process in accordance with the budget set for the increments.

Screening performance appraisal forms to identify training needs.

Employee Grievance Handling :

Responsible for redressing employee grievances at the first level

One on one discussion with employees

Understanding various employee issues, and concerns and taking them toward the positive settlement

Employee Engagement Activities :

Birthday Celebrations, Festival Celebrations, competitions for employee and their children, Skip meetings at all levels, Periodical functional job quizzes.

HR Operation :

Taking care of joining formalities, appointment letters, confirmation and probation reviews, managing promotions and transfers, and other official letters required from time to time.

Facilitating mediclaim settlements, addition and deletion of old and new employees, and calculation of premiums.
