Manpower Budgeting,
Recruitment and Selection

Administer
entire recruitment & retention policy of the organization - including Manpower budgeting, Job posting, collecting responses & selection,
Conducting and analyzing interviews, Counseling Managers on candidate selection,
sending of offer letters and ensuring pre employment medical Conducting a
successful Induction and orientation program
Compensation and benefits
路
Developing,
analyzing, and updating annual salary budget
路
Monitoring
Leave and attendance policy and entire data leave, time and attendance data
路
Effective
salary process and timely submission of data to Finance and to bank
路
Recommend,
monitor and administer employee benefit programs like insurance (Term, health
and accident),
路
Contract
labour Management and ensuring their statutory compliances including their
leave, time and and attendance by timely submission of data to contractors
路
Quarterly
and annual TDS filings and issuing annual Form 16
路
Manage
the entire HR Software with accurate data
Administration:
路
Supervise and manage all day-to-day office
administrative activities (Adequacy of Stationary / Provisions / Refreshments)
Maintenance
of systems related to Housekeeping.
