Import Clearance
1. Updating Import clearance sheet regularly
2. To make Import purchase order
3. Follow up with foreign supplier for material shipment date and documents
4. If payment terms is LC, open in Bank after checking with accounts.
5. Check shipment documents thoroughly for all details
6. Sharing shipment document with CHA and make a spring file of the same.
7. Follow up and Approve checklist
8. Follow up with CHA for timely clearance
9. Follow up with Supplier for Original document tracking number
10. Accepting DAN on Citi Bank and HDFC portal
11. Arranging person to collect original document from HDFC Bank. Citi Bank Couriers original documents themselves to office address
12. Payment of Custom Duty
13. Submitting Custom Duty challan and BOE to Accounts.
14. Taking Warehouse details from Nilesh (Bhiwandi) and sharing with CHA
15. Email for E-waybill to Suresh sir and sharing with CHA
16. After E-waybill, handover shipment material file to Anna Madam/ Kirti Madam to take inward.
17. After receipt of CHA clearance Invoice, update cost sheet and submit file to Accounts for entry
18. Sharing costing of material to Sir.
19. Sharing weekly report of Import clearance, Pending supplier payment details to Sir.
20. Follow up with supplier for VQ documents
21. Making Local LC Discounting documents, submitting and follow up with Bank and local customer for acceptance
22. To take offer from supplier/Indenter/Manufacturer as per requirement and share costing to Sirs
Supplier Payment
1. Updating Supplier payment sheet as per DAN received from Bank
2. Daily checking USD rate and inform Sir. If low, update cost sheet accordingly and check with Sir for booking rate and hedged USD.
3. Share Hedging Booking contract with Accounts for entry.
4. To process payment as per due date and do entry in Bank portal and get it approved by Sir
5. After payment share swift advice with supplier and Debit advice with Accounts team and update cost sheet.
6. To take Buyers Credit as per Sir instructions and check with Bank for necessary documents.
7. Check with Bank for Interest certificate for Buyers Credit taken
8. Share Buyers Credit documents with Accounts for Entry.
9. Maintain Hedging, LC and Buyers Credit details
Export
1. Provide costing of Export to Sir and share offer to customer, after receipt of order process as per terms and dispatch the material
Other
2. Bank guarantee of local customer
3. To renew Fssai license in Jan/Feb
4. Fssai annual return before may
5. Lei renewal in May
6. IEC renewal in May
7. EPR CPCB credit and annual return April
