*) Prior experience of 3+ years in Imports & Exports Documentation / Sales and Marketing.
1. Industries to attend – Pharma Ingredients / Personal Care & Reagent Chemicals.
2. Develop new customersfrom the continents and promote our products.
3. Organize virtual meetings with overseas buyers and discuss requirements.
4. Generating new inquiries, arranging for sample requirements and follow up to close the leads.
4. Following up with the customer for sample reports and solve queries for clearing the consignment.
5. Continuously surf and search for new customers and generate new inquiries for business
development.
6. Responding to received inquiries provide quotation & regularly following up for the offers provided.
7. Updating the inquiry register for fresh inquiries.
8. Regularly updating the offer sheet .
9. To ensure each inquiry reaches its logical conclusion.
10. Maintain record of each & every transaction mails etc.
11. Maintaining all records of purchase order for in a respective excel sheet
12. Preparing the Proforma invoices in receipt of any order confirmation from customers
13. Orders received should be given due importance & all Important terms & conditions should be
conveyed to all the concerned persons.
14. Following up internally regarding dispatches of material. Confirming receipt of material by the
customer .
15. Following for the timely collection of payments for the orders executed .
16. Ensure all business related data is entered / maintained to comply with procedures laid down .
17. Participating in exhibitions in co ordination with Pharmexcil and Chemexcil , CPHI etc.
18. Ensure healthy relations are maintained within the organization in all respects.
19. Reporting on each and every aspect of business development.
20. Open to travel.
Candidate requirements:
▪ Candidate with MSc (pharma/ inorganic ) /BSc in chemistry.
▪ Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Finance/Sales/Administration or International Business
▪ 2-3 years of experience with the same capacity and must have exposure with hazardous material handling.
