- Responsible for meeting & exceeding service levels agreed with key customers in terms of TAT, quality & business needs. - The key account manager will have to drive internal cross functional teams such as production, dispatch, finance to achieve his/her objectives. Experience of 4 Years of which at least 2 years should be in managing corporate customers
- Proven expertise in managing customers from large corporation – in any of the following industries - automobile, banking and financial services, home & office interiors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Computer skills specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Exposure to ERP system such as SAP
- Planning and forecasting
- Ability to successfully execute plan through structured processes, monitoring and reviews
- Customer relationship management
o Resolve issues and manage customer relationship with a view to create lasting associations
o Follow escalation matrix
