Manage payment schedules and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Organize and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and other relevant paperwork.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Keep electronic and physical records updated and easily accessible.
Schedule and coordinate the placement of tankers for loading and unloading.
Monitor tanker availability and optimize scheduling to avoid delays.
Communicate with drivers and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their shipments.
Provide regular updates on shipment status and address any client concerns or inquiries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
