1. Apply a thorough knowledge of principles, practices, methods, and advanced concepts in the area of specialization and in related areas of practice.
2. Lead and assist multidisciplinary engineering teams to complete complex projects.
3. Perform initial project planning, establish project scope and design criteria, interface with internal clients and stakeholders, coordinate with participating disciplines, and support projects through construction and close-out.
4. Prepare scopes of work and enquiries, proposals for outside consultants. Lead efforts to evaluate and select consultants and direct and review their work.
5. Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments, which may include engineering inspections, studies, final design and technical consultation.
6. Assign tasks to and direct work of support engineers, designers, drafters and technicians.
7. Prepare budgets and schedules for assignments.
8. Assist HOD in all areas related to the structural designs and project bidding.
9. Ensure all quality checks before issue of the drawings for constructions.
10.Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.
