Job Description

  1. Carry out preventive maintenance of all machines and utilities as per the respective Preventive Maintenance SOPs
  2. Maintain records of all Preventive Maintenance activities carried out on site.
  3. Discuss and enter into AMC agreements with vendors/ agencies for critical equipment and utilities.
  4. Install and qualify new equipment / requalify old equipment periodically.
  5. Arrange for calibration of measuring instruments (dials, gauges, balances) with external agency.
  6. Maintain records for usage and for machine history
  7. Maintain electrical fixtures & lights
  8. Maintain adequate inventory of spares and tools for carrying out the maintenance activities
  9. Assist the vendors when carrying out repair works
  10. Assist the vendors for carrying out validation activity (AHU, compressed air, water plant)
  11. Liaise with MSEDCL officials for annual electrical inspection and other requirements.
