Communicate with existing and prospective customers for confirming new orders, answer their queries and facilitate general communication.
Constantly develop new customers through digital marketing, search for potential B2B customers by attending trade fairs, business travel and customer visits.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers.
Identify products that will be in demand in the near to medium future and coordinate development with the engineering team.
Report sales target achievement on a monthly basis.
Attend trade fairs.
Train and build a second line of executives for the marketing team.
Report on TAT to respond to customer queries and constantly improve on it.
Develop product catalogs for marketing purposes.

Impeccable written and spoken English communication.
Experience in communicating complex technical and commercial issues with international customers by email in English.
Should be able to understand both technical and commercial issues before making offers to customers.
Engineering background + MBA with international travel experience preferred.
