Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.

o Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.

o Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

o Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.


2. Marketing & Brand Promotion:

o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.

o Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

o Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to represent the company and promote its products/services.

o Create and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients.


3. Customer Relationship Management:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and providing solutions promptly.

o Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and responding to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

o Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.


4. Reporting & Analysis:

o Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

o Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

o Monitor competitorsโ€™ activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.


5. Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align strategies and enhance overall performance.

o Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
