1. Managing the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
2. Handling and prioritising all incoming emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
3. Coordinating and setting up conference calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings.
4. Ensuring the Managing Director's workstation is well-organised and stocked.
5. Arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
6. Maintaining and tracking expense reports.
7. Serving as a liaison between the Managing Director and key internal/external stakeholders.
8. Proven experience of 0-3 years as an assistant or secretary.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
10. Smart, confident, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
11. Ability to manage calendars efficiently and use time management tools effectively.
12. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Tally prime and MS Office.
