Job Description

1. Design and Development:

   - Lead the design and development of pharmaceutical equipment and stainless steel products from concept to production.

    - Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure equipment design is compliant with industry regulations and customer specifications.

   - Oversee the creation of 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings.

2. Manufacturing and Production:

   - Supervise the production process, including machining, welding, assembly, and finishing of stainless steel equipment.

   - Ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

   - Monitor production schedules, coordinate with the production team, and optimize workflow.

3. Quality Assurance:

   - Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

   - Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of production to identify and address defects promptly.

   - Manage the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process to resolve quality issues.

4. Supplier Management:

   - Collaborate with suppliers to source raw materials and components needed for production.

   - Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain management.

5. Team Leadership:

   - Recruit, train, and supervise a team of engineers, production staff, and technicians.

   - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

6. Cost Control and Budget Management:

   - Develop and manage budgets for the production department, optimizing costs and resources.

   - Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective measures.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

   - Maintain comprehensive records of production processes, quality control, and supplier communications.

   - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding production progress, challenges, and achievements.
