Prepare and maintain detailed production records, including batch manufacturing records (BMR), logbooks, and equipment cleaning records.
Assist in the preparation of regulatory audits and inspections.
Provide guidance and training to production operators and junior staff.
Assist in the management of manpower to ensure optimal productivity.
Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure that products meet required specifications.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to production batches, in-process controls, and any deviations.
Adhere to and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Manage hazardous chemicals safely, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal in compliance with environmental regulations.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
