Job Description

  • Provide close support functions to front-end Sales and marketing for export operations.
  • Understanding of customer requirements.
  • Letters, offers, communication with clients, ensure timely receipt of payments.
  • Preparation of offer and order Reports.
  • Coordination of shipments with factories and necessary support from the technical team.
  • Coordination with dealers/agents.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel.
  • Customer-centric focus with a flair for service excellence.
  • Required Qualification B.E. in Electrical and B.E. in Mechanical
