*Responsibilities:*
1. *Property Operations & Maintenance*
- Manage critical infrastructure systems (HVAC, elevators, plumbing, electrical, chiller plants).
- Conduct regular inspections and implement SOPs for maintenance.
2. *Team Management*
- Lead maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams.
- Provide training, monitor performance, and foster collaboration.
3. *Security & Crisis Management*
- Develop and enforce security protocols, conduct safety drills, and liaise with authorities.
4. *Member & Tenant Relations*
- Handle tenant onboarding, grievances, and compliance with lease terms.
5. *Financial Management*
- Prepare budgets, manage collections, and provide financial reports.
6. *Compliance & Legal Affairs*
- Ensure property safety compliance, oversee lease renewals, and handle legal matters.
7. *Vendor Coordination*
- Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and issue work orders.
8. *Technology & Data Management*
- Utilize property management software for operations and performance optimization.
*Candidate Requirements:*
โ Strong leadership, crisis management, and technical expertise in facility management.
โ Proficiency in property management software.
โ Knowledge of cooperative society laws and safety standards.
โ Bachelorโs or Masterโs in Engineering or equivalent.
โ 10+ years of property/facility management experience (large-scale properties preferred).
โ Ex-services background is a plus.
