- Reviewing customer requirement and making sure they are met.
- Working with purchasing staff to establishment quality requirements from external standards
- Making sure that manufacturing or production process meet international and national standard.
- Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- Setting up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statically reports.
- Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
- Visiting vendors for quality check of equipment’s before dispatch
- Will give Backend support to related department
- Detail verification for FAT
- Component Verification for FAT
- Preparation for documents, which are required for FAT
- Coordinated with co related department for documents, which are required
- Preparation and validation for test certificate completion
- Need to do internal inspection
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedure
