Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive room sales strategy to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and guest preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Set room rate strategies based on market demand and hotel occupancy.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
  • Respond to client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and create customized packages to meet specific client needs.

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, set targets, and provide training to enhance the team's sales skills.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create marketing campaigns and promotions to attract guests.
  • Utilize online and offline marketing channels to enhance the hotel's visibility.

Revenue Management:

  • Monitor and adjust room rates based on demand and market conditions.
  • Implement yield management strategies to optimize revenue.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate and analyze reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Regularly report to senior management on sales and revenue results.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure the guest experience is of the highest quality by addressing guest concerns and feedback promptly.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide exceptional service.
