Job Description

• Market and develop markets for desiccant products.

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking and Market Analysis.

• Create marketing strategies to achieve sales targets

• Handling key account customers.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Prepare regular sales reports and analysis, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Drive a team to achieve its KRA.

• Be responsible for team KRA

• Degree in SIES, B.Sc, or related fields. 

• Should have connects with R&D, Packaging Development and procurement teams of pharmaceutical companies. 

• Proven experience in sales and business development.

• Strong understanding of desiccant products and their applications and Competitors analysis.
